LearnArc

Room to think. Evidence to act.

Psychology-powered learning that changes how people think, lead, and work together.

Evidence-based · Self-paced · 30–40 min modules
Welcome

Welcome to LearnArc.

You have been invited into something built with care: learning grounded in psychology, designed to change how you lead, relate, and grow at work.

A few things worth knowing. Each module is short, thirty to forty minutes, so you can finish one in a single sitting and leave with something you can use the same day. The real value comes from pausing where a module asks you to. Those moments of reflection are where learning takes hold and becomes yours. Work at your own pace, return whenever you like, and know that whatever you reflect on here stays private to you.

Why LearnArc

Learning you will actually use.
Long after you finish a module.

LearnArc is built around the science of how learning actually sticks, so that what you take from a module stays with you and shapes how you work long after you have finished it.

1
You retain more when you learn in smaller bites
Each module is capped at 30–40 minutes. You finish with something you can use the same day.
2
Reflection turns information into action
Every module builds in structured pauses — moments to connect what you are learning to your own context.
3
Evidence-based tools build real confidence
LearnArc draws on peer-reviewed psychology — not opinion, not trend.
How to use LearnArc

There is no single right way through.

LearnArc is built to meet you wherever you are, whatever you are working towards.

Start with your level
Three levels run through the curriculum — Individual Contributors, People Leaders, and Senior Leaders. Each shares a common framework, but the content is genuinely distinct at every level. Most people begin with the level that matches their role, though you are free to explore any of them, whether you are revisiting the fundamentals on a new topic or preparing for the next step in your career.
Follow your interest
Enter any module that draws you in. You do not need to move in order.
Follow a lifecycle path
If a particular area matters most to you right now — recruitment, say, or performance — you can follow that theme through its full arc rather than jumping around.
Follow a single topic across levels
Want to go deep on one subject, like neurodiversity, and see how it develops from individual practice all the way up to senior strategy? You can follow one topic through every level.
Take a curated pathwayComing soon
For a guided development journey, our curated pathways bring the right modules together in a deliberate sequence. The Mental Health and Energy Toolkit is one example.
